Ebb Form
Ebb Form is a one-of-a-kind ceramic sculpture shaped by movement, intuition, and the quiet unpredictability of the kiln.
Its form opens and folds like a receding tide—soft, organic lines drawing the eye inward. The glaze settles in layered tones of earth and blue-green, creating depth and variation that shift beautifully with light and perspective.
During the drying and firing process, a small crack developed within the form. The piece has been stabilized and remains structurally sound, but the mark is visible and part of its final character.
Rather than discard the work, Ebb Form is offered as a studio piece—embracing the natural imperfections and unexpected beauty that occur in handmade ceramics.
Designed as a decorative sculpture, it brings texture, movement, and a grounded, coastal presence to any space.
